Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification (required or preferred).

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Agile project or program management.
  • Proven experience delivering complex IT or software projects using Agile methodologies.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.
