Basic Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data sales, business development, or a related role, with a significant focus on voice bot or conversational AI solutions. • Proven track record of working with and achieving sales targets in companies that specialize in voice bot technologies (experience from blue-chip companies such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or similar industry leaders is a must). • Strong technical and product knowledge in data solutions, software, databases, and SaaS platforms, particularly with a demonstrated background in voice bot sales. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales collaboration tools to streamline processes and manage customer relations effectively. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a robust ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts in a clear, persuasive manner. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to manage sophisticated sales cycles in dynamic, evolving markets.

Startup Solutions Architects work hand in hand with AWS customers to help them make the most of the Cloud. They are at the crossroads of business and technology and engage with startups of different stages. Supporting the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS, they work to understand the customer's business needs and give prescriptive guidance on how to create business value with technology. Solutions Architects also have broader impact at scale, taking a supporting role in creating and presenting technical content and best practices.

Key job responsibilities
- As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with customers to accelerate their challenging projects and recommend best-practice architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
- You operate as a trusted advisor for startups. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide. You work backwards from their priorities and find inventive ways to add value with solutions utilizing AWS and its Partners' technology.
- You capture and share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for AWS. You use your customer understanding to participate in the creation or updates of technical content and reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts).
- Evangelize and educate about AWS technology (e.g. workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences).
- To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about startups and cloud architectures. You are a builder with genuine curiosity about how technology can support your customers' business models and objectives. You are a lifetime learner that develops areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your customer's outcomes. A day in the life
The Solutions Architect team at AWS is responsible for helping customers successfully implement cloud technologies. In a typical week you will meet multiple customers and you will collaborate with them on designing and operating well-architected solutions. You will earn their trust and show them the art of the possible, educating them around the capabilities of AWS. Partnering with internal teams and experts, leveraging a deep knowledge of our tools and products, you'll craft highly-scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address our customers' business problems. Basic Qualifications
- Experience with building, validating and deploying GenAI models and applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Sound knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, with working knowledge of frameworks such as Pytorch, TensorFlow, JAX or MXNet.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and workflows for model development, validation, and deployment.
- High level of communicating effectively across internal and external organizations, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English (local language is a plus) with demonstrated ability to communicate technical choices to business and technology stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE Nationals with a family book
- Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS and/or AWS certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional)
- Hands-on experience benchmarking and optimizing performance of models on accelerated computing (GPUs, Trainium/Inferentia, TPU and/or AI ASICs) clusters with high-speed networking.
- Understanding of technical details and techniques used in tuning generative AI foundation models using techniques like RAG, PEFT, RLHF, DPO
- Experience scaling model training and inference using technologies like Slurm, ParallelCluster, Amazon SageMaker, experience in developing and deploying large scale machine learning or deep learning models and/or systems into production, including batch and real-time data processing
