- Review and analyze the balance sheet, cash flow statement and other financial reports and discuss the monthly health scores.
- Review, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Review month-end general ledger close journal entries and supporting reconciliations. Review monthly financial statement corporate reporting and drafts internal financial reports.
- Review and analyze the budgets and forecasting financial information on yearly and quarterly basis along with any revision during the year.
- Review and analyze the budget v actual reports on monthly basis with the explanations on the variances.
- Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Head of Management Accounts and other senior leadership team, regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
- Reviews Group consolidated accounts for overall consolations and audit requirements.
- Support the development of Group Level financial control policies, procedures, and guidelines across all responsible functions.
- Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Reviewing the financial data on monthly basis for accurate month and year end closings.
- Support Head of Management Accounts with special projects and workflow process improvements.
- Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Plans and conducts in-depth studies to determine cost of business activities.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Cabin Crew Manager in managing the Cabin Crew Members at all times and ensure that all crew are legal as per the GCAA requirements and their needs are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all flights departing Sharjah consist of the correct crew complement, and liaise with Crew rostering officer regarding crew shortfalls, if any.
- Supervise correct and fair allocation of crew positions by auditing and reviewing.
- Manage action, follow up and provide feedback to cabin crew on cabin flight report.
- Ensure all procedures, manuals and documentations in the Briefing Office are updated and maintained as per GCAA and company policy requirements.
- Coach operating crew by giving them constructive feedback, being prepared to answer any queries, clarify any operational issues and if needed direct the crew member to the right personnel or department as necessary.
- Conduct assessments on Briefing to monitor both SCCM and CCM performance and take corrective actions where necessary on performance, a minimum of 3 briefing assessments should be conducted in a shift.
- Manage grooming standards; monitored and rectified where needed.
- Manage senior or captains’ de-briefing and handle any conflict until it is resolved; use them as case studies in liaison with Training Manager.
- Carry out flight observations and submit a full report to Cabin Crew Manager (2 flights a month).
- Manage daily both catering and duty free issues and ensures that the right product is selected for increasing the revenue using feedback of the crew.
- Carry out a random pre and post flight check to monitor the boarding process, ground handling, catering-duty fs of discipline.
- Assist Cabin Crew Manager in Cabin Crew Recruitment.
- Assist Cabin Crew Manager for SCCM upgrade.
- Assist the Cabin Crew Manager and carry out investigations on crew disciplinary/appreciations.
- Manage crew welfare by looking at their personal issues, follow up with company Medical Centre for crew well-being, meet and assist new joining crews and visit crew if they are hospitalized.
- Ensure the Familiarization Flight program is carried out and the correct paperwork is completed as per Procedures and compliance is achieved.
- Prepare and disseminate Memos and reminders to all crew for any policy changes.
- Complete the Crew Movement Officer Shift Report Log at the end of the shift ensuring to note any handover matters for the following shift. Maintain physical appearance of the Briefing Office, including cleanliness, equipment condition etc., and make recommendations for any maintenance or equipment replacement.
- In the absence of a SCCM, the briefing officer on duty will nominate the most senior crew member to conduct the pre-flight safety briefing. Crew Movement Officer will advise Crew Control of the absence of the operating SCCM.
- Liaise with other hubs for sending and receiving any product i.e. crew uniforms, manuals.
- Attend weekly meeting with cabin crew manager to identify the areas that require improvement. Cabin appearance and crew performance; a full report should be submitted to Cabin Crew Manager. (3 flights per shifts).
- Liaise with other departments to fulfill cabin crew requirements (e.g. housing, transport, HR, finance). Place a purchase order for cabin crew department.
- Conduct evaluation for initial crew member during 90 days appraisal.
- Conduct appraisal for the crew including seniors.
- Maintain records of crew performance, sick leave, no show, punctuality, customer service and take the necessary action in case.
Desired Profile
- Educated to High Secondary level.
- Minimum five years of experience as a cabin crew member with three years as a senior cabin crew.
- Good working knowledge of Flight Duty Time Limitation regulations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Arabic would be an advantage.

The Role:
The Pilot Services Team is responsible for providing extensive customer engagement to enhance flight operations safety and improve the use of Boeing products. The role requires FAA ATP or EASA ATPL, or other international equivalent, and extensive airline training experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, peers, partners, and direct reports.
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
- Perform and manage activities to develop and conduct familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight, and ground instruction for company and customer aircrew.
- Demonstrate the highest standards of crew resource management in the operation of aircraft.
- Operate Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot-in-Command and Instructor.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires occasional travel to customers and may involve acting as pilot-in-command on flights. Occasional deployments to instruct customers are also possible.
Qualifications:
- Current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL or another international equivalent.
- Current FAA or EASA First Class Medical certificate or international equivalent.
- Minimum 5000 hours total flight time in a public transport category aircraft.
- Minimum 1000 hours of flight instructor time.
- Current B737, B787, or B777 type rating.
- Experience as a FAA Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot and/or Line Check Airman, or International equivalent.
- Possession of a passport or the ability to obtain one and travel both domestically and internationally.
- Capable of traveling 50% of the time.
- International and transoceanic flight experience.
- Experience with MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.

Department/Business Unit: Flight Preparation Operations - Flight Prep VIP
Job Purpose:
Control daily operational activities of the Flight Operations and assist the Operations Management to supervise the workforce and coordinate with the clients, internal stakeholders and any other external stake holders to ensure people, production and catering services are operated in the most efficient and safe manner to ensure that the Customers receive the highest standards of service and product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure supervision of assigned staff by training, motivating and counselling to achieve the objectives agreed upon and provide the necessary guidance whenever required.
- Liaise with the airline representative in relation to catering uplift, pax figures and any additional service that may be requested on a flight-to-flight basis.
- Prepare the catering order forms and forward them to all concerned sections.
- Ensure that the loading / offloading procedures are followed as per the laid down policy of the airlines, company and the airport security.
- Carry out spot-checks at the operations section and on the ramp in order to ensure that food and equipment are provided as per the airline standards on schedule.
- Check all the checklists and other relevant documents and make sure that they are completed and duly signed by all concerned before forwarding them to the Accounts Department.
- Ensure all customers are provided with the best quality of service through cost effective and efficient management, assuring continuous improvement of service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement corrective actions arising from incident investigation.
- Responsible for implementing safe working practices and procedures in accordance with EKFC policies.
- Comply with and ensure all relevant standards and regulatory requirements are met. Promptly carry out the required due diligence of incidents and escalate to management.
- Monitor the daily resource allocation and escalate any significant variances to Management and Business Support. Ensure briefings and shift handovers are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (Must have)
- Certifications/Licensure related to Six Sigma, Logistics, or Supply Chain (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- Years of Experience: 5 years
- Area of Experience: Flight Operations, Food Packing or Logistics function preferably in the Airline Catering Industry and/or Food Industry
- 2 years exposure in a supervisory capacity (preferred)
Skills:
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and assign work to team
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports with strong attention to detail
- Time and resource management skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications and ERP systems
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and at all levels and team based approach including ability to positively manage conflict
