- This role requires implementing safety measures by instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying areas of safety risks, administering first aid when necessary, and reporting irregularities and malfunctions promptly.
- The successful applicant will provide excellent customer service by welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding formalities, entering data into aircraft log books, attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs, and contributing to maximizing onboard revenue and charity programs.
- Key responsibilities also include proper handling of cash and credit card payments, carrying out pre-flight checks, and reporting deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate. The selected candidate will ensure orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Additionally, they will carry out post-flight briefings and assessment reports, provide objective evaluation of Cabin Supervisors, and maintain professional and safety knowledge through recurrent trainings and workshops.
