Overview of the roleAre you an experienced Storekeeper looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to manage workshop store operations at Lexus Al Ain . Your responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt, issue, and storage of materials, consumables, and tools, as well as providing administrative support to the Workshop Manager.
Responsibilities- Procure workshop consumables, tools, equipment, and manuals based on instructions from management.
- Receive and inspect all indented materials to ensure quality and quantity.
- Ensure timely return of all issued materials and maintain accurate records.

The Financial Controller role is integral to the efficient governance and control of financial services across UAE, GCC, and International geographies. The position demands accurate and timely reporting for all businesses under Financial Services management, in adherence to group and divisional deadlines. This role defines and guides financial operations and functions according to AFG guidelines, ensuring the financial statements reflect accurate finance positions in line with international accounting and reporting standards. As the lead for managing and developing accounting policies, the holder will ensure processes are robust, supervise financial accounting functions, publish monthly financial packs, and implement reliable reconciliation processes. Reporting needs to align with local and regulatory requirements, and oversight must be maintained over various systems and platforms related to rental, leasing, lending, and core accounting systems. Audit, compliance, and team management responsibilities also form key components of the role.
What you will do:
Financial Governance and Framework
- Define accounting policies and processes in accordance with relevant IAS and IFRS standards.
- Record income and expense accounts accurately and according to policies.
- Manage contracts and agreements with all stakeholders.
- Submit financial results within the agreed reporting calendar while ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor accruals, payables, and receivables continuously to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with AFSS and Group Companies on intra-company transactions and settlements to prevent revenue leakage.
- Ensure policies are defined for all revenue streams.
- Conduct monthly closing, budget analysis, and YOY variance analyses.
- Reconcile fixed assets, specifically fleets, across systems.
Financial Control and Reporting
- Implement proactive cost control measures to analyze, identify, and reduce costs.
- Prepare internal, FS Division, Head Office, and statutory reports including submissions to Central Banks timely and accurately.
- Enhance coordination with brands and various stakeholders for seamless financial operations.
- Define and manage cost centers, ensuring proper allocation and recording.
- Prepare monthly Brand Revenue Split reports.
- Generate monthly and quarterly finance reports for information exchange and better analysis.
Audit and Compliance
- Manage UAE VAT compliance efficiently.
- Plan, manage, and supervise interim and statutory audits.
- Follow up on and implement internal audit observations in collaboration with respective departments.
- Review and timely respond to internal audit observation queries.
- Ensure compliance with Central Regulations.
Fund and Petty Cash Management
- Manage petty cash for rental and leasing business operations.
- Maintain and monitor credit card usage.
Team Management
- Motivate the team to achieve optimal performance.
- Balance work structure according to team strengths, individual potential, and business requirements.
- Discuss and implement team development plans.
Required Skills to be successful:
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in finance - Automotive

Overview of the role
Procure cost effective parts for day-to-day requirements of vehicle service, repair, and refurbishment. Expand the part stock level on service-related items for all Electric vehicles. Manage and Maintain the physical parts storage at service location. Liaise with both internal parts stakeholders and with the brands. Create up to date reporting and develop forward stock planning programs
What you will do- Monitor sales and assist to achieve branch Net sales and Profits in comparison to targets on daily and monthly basis.
- To order day to day requirement and deliver the parts as per ETA, measured through monthly review report.
- Responsible for perpetual and annual stock inventory for effective stock management, sufficient supplies to market needs and avoid any over stock situations.
- Assist Sales and Service departments to maximise accessories stock.
- Perform team purchase orders, GR, and IV are done on time and as per company standards.
- Procure parts through cost effective method for used vehicle refurbishment which will meet standards
- Assist team in achieving customer service values in meeting the needs and expectations of the customers
- Parts Inventory Knowledge
- EV Parts experience
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) & Interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & MS Power Point
The role will report to the Retail Director and you will be working in a busy warehouse environment.
What equips you for the role- Diploma in relevant Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years in a similar role within automotive and 2 years in supervisor role
- Customer focused and communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Overview of the role:
We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our Retail Aftersales team in the UAE. The Painter will be responsible for surface preparation, refinishing, and painting of vehicles in line with OEM standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality finishes, customer satisfaction, and workshop productivity.
What you will do:
- Carry out paint preparation, priming, spraying, blending, and polishing.
- Perform refinishing and touch-ups to achieve defect-free finishes, ensuring no shade mismatches, runs, or overspray.
- Mix paints accurately and apply approved painting processes using specialized tools and equipment.
- Work closely with Body Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
- Follow Fix It Right (FIR) standards, 5S, and health & safety guidelines at all times.
- Continuously enhance your skills through OEM and in-house training programs.
Required skills to be successful:
- Knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and colour matching.
- Skilled in surface preparation, refinishing processes, and polishing techniques.
- Ability to operate spray guns, polishing machines, and related tools.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Basic computer literacy for job card entries.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Conversant in English and able to work in a multicultural environment.
About the team:
You will be joining our Retail Aftersales workshop team, working alongside Body Technicians, Service Advisors, and Supervisors. The team is focused on delivering top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction while supporting each other in a fast-paced environment.

- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive Painting/Refinishing.
- ITI (NCVT) or equivalent qualification in Painting/Refinishing.
