Overview of the role:

  • The primary focus of this role is to support sales by planning, organizing, and implementing operational systems that enable seamless back-office services. Responsible for office functions, developing office procedures, and coordinating operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP and other system requirements, changes, implementation, and training based on business needs.
  • Respond proactively to administrative and sales support requests, including activities related to new car outbound, used car purchases, and trade activities.
  • Provide analytical reports and manage data effectively.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new associates, including IT setup, uniforms, and induction programs.

Required Skills to be successful:

  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience in administrative operations management.
  • Strong coordination and analytical skills.

About the team:

  • The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and interacts with internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Administrative Operations Management practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, SAP) and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Management and Finance is a plus.

Overview of the role:

The primary focus of this role is to carry out dealership services on customer vehicles as per company standards and ensure optimum quality with increased productivity and technical efficiency, thereby individually contributing to generate workshop revenue without any repeat concerns.

What you will do:

• Prompt execution of service repairs requested on the repair order as per schedule provided

• Report additional job required in car with cost estimate

• Maintain check sheets and log sheets

• Upkeep tools and equipment in the individual bay as per company standards

• Proper diagnosis and trouble shooting

• Conduct final inspection as per the standard operating procedures

• Deliver the desired efficiency and productivity as per targets given

• Ensure prompt punch in and punch out to get the accurate booking hours

• Complete the training course/internal assessment and other on the job training as per the schedule provided by the Training Manager

• Enroll and get certifications as per the principal’s guidelines

• Ensure follow up of standard operating procedures in technician role

• Ensure fire extinguishers are kept close by for immediate action in case of working with fuel systems

• Report all incidents to the supervisor

Required skills to be successful

• Ability to work under pressure

About the team:

In this role, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment reporting directly to the Service Manager.

• ITI/ Diploma or Engineering Qualification

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Technician with an Automotive dealership

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive products, processes, and technical details.
  • Customer Service: A passion for going the extra mile to delight customers.
  • Language Skills: Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus!

About the Team

You’ll work closely with our Reception Manager, Aftersales Managers, and Workshop Teams. Together, you’ll achieve monthly sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure outstanding scores in Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) evaluations.

Are you passionate about cars and have a knack for sales? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Toyota Sales team in Ajman . In this role, you will have the chance to maximize every sales opportunity and build long-term relationships with our esteemed clientele. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales, all while maintaining high standards of Customer Satisfaction (CSV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.

What you will do

  • Sales Volume: Achieve and maintain the company-prescribed sales standards for your area of operation, enhancing and maintaining the company's and brand's image and prestige.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve or exceed CSI/NPS objectives, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
  • Company Sales and Prospecting Systems: Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems. Achieve or exceed the target on the number of prospects logged, ensuring the achievement of the company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base.
  • Cash and Credit Control: Ensure that company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers, ensuring the safety of cash and minimal chances of any loss.
  • Improvement and Upgrading: Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features, general automotive industry trends, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques, and customer handling skills, which in turn enhance performance considerably.

Required skills to be successful

  • 2 years of sales experience, with a background in luxury automotive sales being highly desirable.
  • Upselling skills and the ability to create value from new products.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence customer choices.

About the Team

The role aims to mee t Branch Sales and F&I targets while ensuring that each customer is provided with a one-stop offer in the sales process. The role holder interacts directly with the Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. People working within the luxury automotive retail industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targets.

What equips you for the role

  • Degree or Diploma education preferred, but not essential.
  • Essential to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar sales position in retail sales.
  • English is essential, and Arabic is desirable.
  • Leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, ability to build strong customer relationships, conflict resolution, ability to think clearly under pressure, ability to take decisions and follow through. Strong team player.
  • UAE Driving license is required.
  • Possess technical knowledge of luxury automobiles, negotiation, and influencing skills.
