Overview of the role :

Senior Procurement Engineer will conduct sub contract procurement activities for various projects in order to ensure effective and timely delivery of the project

What you will do :

Purchasing activities

  • Process subcontract enquiries to ensure subcontract packages are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Prepare Subcontract ITT in line with policy and procedures.
  • Check prequalification of new subcontractors.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best cost and lead time offerings.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for suppliers to maintain quality services and products.
  • Develop and maintain the supplier database to ensure all data and offerings are updated.

Operational accountabilities

Ensure all relevant safety, quality, and environmental procedures, instructions, and controls are followed to guarantee safety, service quality, and environmental compliance within AFC

What you will do

  • The primary focus of the role will be to receive, check, verify all the parts as per the goods receipt, picking list and input the same in SAP.

What you will do:

  • Take a printout of the packing list sent by the Principal / vendor and count the number of packages physically and verify whether it is as per packing list.
  • Open the Packages, inspect for damages and count the individual quantity and verify the quantities received are correct and equals the packing list.
  • Check whether the parts are physically correct by comparing part numbers in the packing list to the actual on the parts.
  • Inspect for shortages, damages or in correctly received parts and if found raise a damage report and inform the supervisor.
  • Arrange the parts as per size in separate area so that it will be easier for binning.
  • With the packing list move the parts to appropriate locations by making sure those Heavy parts are moved to lower /medium locations and lighter parts on the top.
  • Take utmost care while transporting the goods so that parts are not dropped or dragged and make sure that no damage occurs.
  • Place items in the locations mentioned in the binning list or delivery order so that the complete quantity is located in the correct bin, and arranged in an orderly and safe manner
  • Carry out loading and unloading of goods from containers, trailers or pick-ups promptly and carefully, ensuring safety of the goods.
  • Use forklift or other loading devices to move the parts to correct locations and place it carefully.
  • Prepare Good receipt on receiving the goods.
  • Job holder maintains the stock of consumable items like Brake cleaner, WD40 and issue to workshops as and when required.

Procure cost effective parts for day-to-day requirements of vehicle service, repair, and refurbishment. Expand the part stock level on service-related items for all Electric vehicles. Manage and Maintain the physical parts storage at service location. Liaise with both internal parts stakeholders and with the brands.   • Perform team purchase orders, GR, and IV are done on time and as per company standards.
  • Procure parts through cost effective method for used vehicle refurbishment which will meet standards
  • Assist team in achieving customer service values in meeting the needs and expectations of the customers

Overview of the role

  • The primary focus of the role will be to receive, process and administer all departmental job costing in accordance with the retail and distributor process requirements and guidelines.
What you will do
  • Return unacceptable job cards to the appropriate department with clear and concise reasons for the rejection of the job card for costing.
  • Support the Aftersales department in ensuring the correct invoicing of productive labour, consumables, oils, paint and materials and any sublet items are with the correct and accurate allocation of all job codes, repair incidents and associated repair codes for each repair, to minimise the lost productive time used on diagnostic of repairs, and to conduct all of this whilst operating within the retail and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Complete the daily process, review, verification and processing of job cards.
  • Ensure that productive working hours are claimed against each repair type and minimise lost productive hours.
  • Ensure that each job card meets the distributor recommended operational programs to ensure correct procedure and Kaizen adherence.

What You Will Do
  • Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources in alignment with BYD's strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex timelines.
  • Familiarity with EV (Electric Vehicle) operations or new energy vehicles is a strong advantage

Overview of the Role

As a Manager of Process & Compliance, you will play a key role in strengthening finance systems and processes across Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE and overseas operations. You will partner with IT and finance stakeholders to drive ERP system enhancements, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and continuously improve business processes to deliver efficiency, cost reduction, and governance excellence.

What You Will Do

Support the implementation and governance of ERP systems, ensuring quality delivery and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and execute process and system enhancements.

Build expertise in core automotive business processes including new/used units, parts, service, rental, and leasing operations.

Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize service delivery.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Develop exception management dashboards and analytics tools to identify and address business and process risks.

Support training and enablement of finance users to drive effective system adoption and utilization.

Required Skills to be Successful

Strong knowledge of finance operating systems and compliance‑focused business processes.

Hands‑on experience in ERP platforms (SAP preferred) with process improvement expertise.

Analytical, process‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.

Effective stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

About the Team

You will be part of the Divisional Finance – Process & Compliance team, reporting to the Financial Controller – P&C. The team partners closely with business and IT functions to deliver robust finance systems, governance, and continuous improvement across Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s diverse operations.

What Equips You for the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

3–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting ERP processes.

Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, or Project Management certifications are advantageous.

Experience in the automotive or retail industry is preferred.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
