As we expand across the UAE and KSA, we seek a Business Development & Partnerships Lead to drive strategic growth and establish key relationships in both markets.

Role Overview

The Business Development & Partnerships Lead will be responsible for expanding ClearGrid's footprint in the UAE and KSA by securing partnerships with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions. This role requires a strong network within the financial ecosystem, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will be a proactive dealmaker with experience in financial services, SaaS, or fintech partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions in the UAE and KSA.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies that contribute to ClearGrid's growth targets.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships comply with regulatory requirements in both UAE and KSA.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead deal negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and drive favorable outcomes for ClearGrid.
  • Industry Positioning: Represent ClearGrid at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Market Research & Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine ClearGrid's go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, banking, or SaaS.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial sector, B2B partnerships, and regulatory landscapes in both UAE and KSA.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth in financial services or fintech.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong ability to structure and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
  • Networking: Well-connected within the banking and fintech ecosystem in UAE and KSA.

What you will do:
As Vice President you will lead Infomineo activity in one or several sectors.
Your core focus will be in business development. As such you will:

  • Define an account management plan for each of your target accounts
  • Execute on this action plan to close business and make target
Strategic Oversight & Project Supervision
  • Oversee the delivery of high-impact public sector projects as project director, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with public sector priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal research and design teams to align resources and deliverables to client expectations
As a complement, you will also make sure that the client is happy with Infomineo work by:
  • Supervising the teamwork as a project director
  • Interacting with the client to monitor its satisfaction and take any remediation action
Finally, you will lead Infomineo activity in your sector(s) by working with marketing to create relevant material and training the research teams.
Who you are:
  • A Master's degree holder in Business, Economics, or similar field

  • 7+ years of experience working with or for public sector institutions, preferably in consulting, research, or business development roles

Business Development, BURmastic/Modified Bitumen (BUR/MB) will drive sales (demand, adoption, and growth) for their assigned market segment and technologies. Collaboration with key internal stakeholders, building and maintaining essential tools, market positioning, training and education is required. Business Development, (BUR/MB) will be a thought leader and subject matter expert for current, future and/or related technologies, provide strategic direction, and promote system selling to drive growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Review each individual Roofing field sales (annual) business plan.
  • Be part of 1) each local Roofing field sales team, 2) each Roofing regional sales leadership team, and 3) Roofing field sales training to drive growth via Rule-of-10's and project specific activity.
  • Act as technical expert for related technologies in assigned area and market segment.
  • Leverage industry, segment, and/or product knowledge to identify gaps in assigned product line and present opportunities for development and growth.
  • Provide leadership, creative guidance, and collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders on pre-launch needs and post-launch support to enhance selling efforts; including but not limited to testing, certification, warranties, collateral, literature, case studies, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with Sales on creating and executing plans to increase sales knowledge and drive revenue in assigned market segment and technologies, including but not limited to existing products, new product launches, and newly acquired products to drive sustainable growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the Learning team on content for our qualified applicator program (QAPs) and general industry training. Work with local sales representatives to identify target contractors and other stakeholders to drive attendance at technical trainings.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team on the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and generate leads/opportunities/orders.
  • Work in partnership with Corporate Development and Strategy groups to develop strategy maps and business plans.
  • Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities.
  • Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology.
  • Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators.
  • Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate.
  • Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc.
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research.

The average base salary for this position starts at $117,000; however, the actual salary will vary and may be above or below the average based on various factors including, but not limited to location, experience level, qualifications, and performance. As we expand in the UAE, we welcome team members who can push our vision forward. We are currently searching for an experienced business development & partnerships manager in Dubai who can partner with other departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. This is an exciting role that will span across increasing GuestReady's supply of properties to manage, as well as increasing demand for bookings at our properties. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. This is the perfect opportunity to become part of a growing global company.

Responsibilities
  • Identify Target Market
    • Focus on high-value properties (apartments, villas, penthouses, buildings) in key & thriving neighborhoods
  • Leverage Existing Networks
    • Raise awareness about GuestReady; Attend industry networking events & trade shows
    • Utilise personal and professional network to find leads - affiliates, investors, developers
    • Collaborate with influential personalities in the real estate and travel sectors to expand reach and credibility
  • Communicate GR Value proposition
    • Clearly communicate GuestReady's unique selling points, such as comprehensive property management services and potential revenue increases
    • Use real-world examples and success stories to build credibility and trust with potential clients
    • Create and distribute valuable content (e.g., blog posts, opinion pieces, case studies) that addresses the pain points of property owners
    • Use content to nurture leads and demonstrate GuestReady's expertise in property management
  • Build Solid Outbound Strategy & Pipeline
    • Develop and execute a business strategy that prioritises opportunities for growth with property developers, brokers and agents, in order to refer GuestReady's services to property investors
    • Refer GuestReady leads that are interested in buying property
    • Partner with investors & developers to manage their buildings
    • Explore Fixed Rent deals
    • Develop targeted email and phone call campaigns to reach owners and managers
    • Form strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, property developers, and travel agencies to gain referrals
    • Use outbound marketing tools to find and reach potential clients
  • Build Successful Referral Programs & Promotions
    • Develop and promote referral & kickback programs to encourage current clients and partners to refer new property owners to GuestReady
    • Offer incentives for successful referrals to motivate participation
    • Plan and run limited time promotions to garner interest & conversion during low season
    • Negotiate and convert deals
  • Measure Impact
    • Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of outbound campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales techniques
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills
  • Fluency in English is required, Arabic is preferable and any additional languages is a plus
  • Previous business development experience ideally within the Real Estate sector in the UAE
  • A network of property owners, developers, brokers and investors is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the short-term rental market, including pricing dynamics, property management best practices, and guest expectations
  • Proven track record of sales growth
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Organisational and problem solving skills
