Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including merchant services agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership deals.
Conduct legal research on payments regulations, card network rules, AML/KYC obligations, and data privacy laws.
aintain corporate records and assist with regulatory filings or license applications.
onitor regulatory changes affecting payments and fintech operations in relevant jurisdictions.
anage and organize legal files, contract databases, and compliance documentation.
oordinate with external counsel, regulators, and internal business units to ensure alignment on legal and regulatory issues.
ssist in preparing board materials, policies, entity management materials and training materials on legal/compliance topics.
Qualifications
Required:
ssociate's or Bachelor's law degree, or equivalent paralegal experience.

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.
In transfer pricing at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters. In this field, you will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes.
Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.
