The Cluster Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end enrolments strategy across a defined cluster of schools within the Aldar Education portfolio. This includes achieving enrolment targets, driving retention, enhancing parent experience, and implementing consistent admissions standards across all schools within the cluster. The role acts as a critical link between HQ strategy and school-level execution and works collaboratively with admissions teams, PREs, and school leadership.
Responsibilities Main Duties:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end admissions process across a defined group of schools to ensure enrolment targets are met.
- Manage and support school-based admissions teams (Admissions Officers and PREs) to drive conversion and enhance the parent experience.
- Collaborate with school leadership and HQ functions to align enrolment performance with strategic goals.
- Monitor the admissions pipeline, flag risks, and provide regular insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies to improve conversion, retention, and forecasting accuracy.
Specific Duties: Strategic Oversight & Planning:
- Translate group-level enrolments strategy into actionable plans across cluster schools
- Own and drive enrolment and re-registration targets for each school within the cluster
- Identify growth opportunities and enrolment risks, and propose mitigation plans
- Contribute to forecasting and workforce planning based on pipeline analysis
Admissions Operations:
- Lead and coach admissions teams across cluster schools, ensuring consistent standards and high performance
- Oversee the admissions lifecycle across all schools, ensuring timely response to enquiries, follow-ups, assessments, and offer processes
- Ensure compliance with ADEK and internal admissions policies
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in Salesforce and eSIS
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the single point of contact between HQ and the cluster for admissions performance, challenges, and support needs
- Liaise with school Principals, HQ marketing, finance, IT, and P&C to align on priorities and resolve cross-functional issues
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Enrolments and participate in HQ-level planning sessions
Marketing & Growth Enablement:
- Support school-level events, open days, and webinars by guiding the team and aligning with the marketing calendar
- Collaborate with the Growth & Marketing team to localize campaigns and monitor lead conversion
- Leverage data and parent feedback to improve enrolments experience and support marketing decisions
- Build partnerships with feeder nurseries and other educational institutions
Team Development & Culture:
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins, coaching, and performance reviews with registrars and PREs
- Support with onboarding, training, and upskilling of new team members
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across the cluster
Reporting & Analysis:
- Deliver weekly dashboards, monthly reports, and termly reviews on admissions KPIs and targets
- Analyse trends in enquiry conversion, leavers, assessments, and parent satisfaction to inform action
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years in enrolments, marketing, or education operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Prior experience in UAE K-12 or premium education sector preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other education management systems
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Main Duties :
- Monitor operational license validity and proactively ensure renewals are initiated well in advance of expiry dates.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 1- 2 years Teaching experience

Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Roles and responsibilities include:

- Working alongside fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons that meet requirements of the curriculum.

- Working cooperatively with curriculum support staff (where applicable) to support children's development.
- Teaching and learning:
- Clear understanding of the Curriculum.
- Organising the classroom provision and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Planning, preparing and presenting sessions that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
- Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
- Observing and assessing children in line with school assessments.
- Being reflective of the classroom provision, sessions taught, progress made, and adjusting environment, planning and curriculum to reflect this.
- Meeting with other professionals such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists, if required.

Assessment and data:
- Taking responsibility for the progress of a class.
- Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of student's development using Target Tracker.
- Using data provided by assessments to influence further planning, provision and intervention.
- Providing feedback to parents and carers on a student's progress at Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings
- Behaviour management and duties
- Follow the school's behaviour policy.
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to students' needs in order to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils.
- Maintain good relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively when necessary within the school's behavioural policy.
- Be a positive role model and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour, which are expected of pupils.
- Have high expectations of behaviour, promoting self-control and independence of all learners.
- Carry out duties as directed and within the school's policy.
Wider professional responsibilities
- To work as part of a curriculum action group, supporting planning, assessment, resources and special events linked to that team.
- Support the organising and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers with regards to student's achievements and well-being using school systems/processes such as CPOMS as appropriate.
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Run a weekly ECA each term.
