Carry out recruitment requirements under the Allied Medical, Admin and Support Services divisions.
Source CVs for budgeted positions as per Management System for Records (MSR).
Responsible for job postings on Internal Website, LinkedIn, and other job portals registered with American Hospital Dubai (AHD).
Screen CVs as per AHD/Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements through cold calling.
Enforce networking by communicating with applicants and asking for references in case of multiple vacancies for similar roles, building relationships with applicants.
ResponsibilitiesConduct initial screening of applicants by cold calling before forwarding them to the concerned department head according to their checklist.
