Position Description:
Responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment in the designated departments, allied health and administrative positions. Advertise, screen, source and coordinate for interviews to ensure the right candidates are hired. Conduct relevant tests and is always updated of the staffing plan of the departments.
Position Responsibility:
Liaise with department directors/heads to identify specific recruitment and selection requirements, regularly.
Carry out recruitment requirements under the Allied Medical, Admin and Support Services divisions.
Source CVs for budgeted positions as per Management System for Records (MSR).
Responsible for Job postings on Internal Website /Linked In / and other job portals registered with American Hospital Dubai (AHD).
Screen CVs as per AHD/ Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements through cold calling.
Enforce Networking (Communicating with Applicants and asking for references) in case multiple vacancies of similar role and building up relation with the applicants.
Conduct initial screening of applicants by cold calling before forwarding them to the concerned department head according to their checklist.
Update person profiles with formal communication of same to both department head and employee and updates shared folders within the data files.
Arrange interviews with concerned department for the shortlisted applicants.
Send interview reminders to the candidate and concerned department head.
Coordinate and participate in interviewing and selection of staff.
Ensure that requests are raised on ifusion and all the interview sheets are filled.
Prepares job offer documents, update records, clarify queries, and facilitate the entry process of new employees.
Release offers and briefs candidate about the process of pre-employment medicals & DHA process for clinical staff.
Ensure all required information and documentation is provided to selected candidate.
Hand over the file to the onboarding team.
Provide necessary justification for difficult to place vacancies in case of any salary deviations.
Follow up documentation and answer candidates query and concerns.
Provides list of new joiners to our HR training department and enrolls their names for Hospital Orientation.
Provides monthly reports to the CHRO, highlighting any areas of concern.
Ensures the time taken to recruit is as per the benchmark.
Position Qualification:
BA degree in Human Resource Management.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Well versed in MS office applications.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years recruitment experience within a hospital.
Previous Middle Eastern recruitment experience preferred.
