A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is required. MBA is preferred. CMA certification is also necessary.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within luxury, retail or FMCG is required.
Familiarity with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements (in accordance with IFRS standards), including consolidation accounting principles is essential.
ERP tools (Dynamics 365) and advanced Excel skills are also required.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail is also needed.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
