Change Analysts
to support large-scale ERP transformation programmes (SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion). These positions involve delivering organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, training development/delivery, and communications to ensure successful end-user adoption.
These are
not project management roles
– we are looking for candidates with
hands-on OCM experience
, ideally gained within consulting or large transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of OCM strategies across ERP transformations.
- Deliver training (development & facilitation) and end-user adoption activities.
- Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and change impact assessments.
- Work closely with business teams to ensure successful change delivery.
- Contribute to regional projects, with occasional travel within the Middle East.
Requirements
- Demonstrated
Organisation Change Management (OCM) experience
– not just project management with a change element. - Experience supporting
ERP transformations (Oracle Fusion or SAP S/4HANA)
. - Exposure to training delivery and/or change communications.
- Consulting or large programme experience preferred.
- Based in the UAE (preferred). Strong overseas candidates may also be considered, but
