The Design Architect, as qualified and registered architect who specializes in the conceptual and creative aspects of architectural development, is responsible for crafting the initial design intent, translating ideas and requirements into innovative architectural expressions.
Working closely with other internal departments and external consultants, the Design Architect is responsible for translating clients’ visions into feasible designs, adhering to strict building codes and sustainability standards, with an understanding of budget constraints. Able to navigate the complexities of interdisciplinary collaboration to provide design solutions that reflect Practice’s values into design visions that meet client needs and requirements.
Required Qualifications & Technical Expertise- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
