We are seeking a strategic leader with a passion for driving transformational change and delivering complex projects with precision. The role of Senior Project Manager involves leading high-impact initiatives across the Middle East.
Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day delivery and execution of consultancy services under contract with clients, including resource planning, KPIs, deliverables, and client relationship management.
- Act as the company representative during program execution, interfacing with management and client personnel.
- Monitor contractor performance against schedules and specifications.
- Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
- Market and secure additional work with clients.
- Follow up on project instructions and commitments.
- Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings as needed.
- Establish and oversee project plans, health and safety, quality assurance, and related documents.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and plans, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Address potential cost overruns or delays, and manage change orders.
- Report project progress, milestones, and issues to management.
- Lead project governance, portfolio, team management, risk management, and benefit realization efforts.
- Drive a culture of innovation and develop personal capabilities through ongoing education and professional development.
- Manage transformational change projects, stakeholder engagement, project scope, assurance, and enterprise business analysis.
