As a Field Electronic Technician, you will troubleshoot, test, and assemble electro-mechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities include:
- Testing, evaluating performance, and repairing oilfield electronic and instrumentation equipment and test equipment.
- Reviewing procedures for assembly/disassembly and checkout of instrumentation. Configuring electronic sensors and devices.
- Troubleshooting data acquisition and control systems.
- Assisting with installation and configuration of instrumentation systems, sensors, and accessories.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Technical Diploma or Associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of electronic or instrumentation equipment (preferred).
- Ability to identify and communicate technical problems using logical troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of oscilloscopes, multimeters, meggers, hi-pot testers, and other basic instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.

As an AMO Technician - Mechanic, you will be responsible for:
- Testing, assembling, disassembling, and performing visual inspections of mechanical assemblies.
- Assisting in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.
- Performing maintenance and repairs of ESP equipment in accordance with operating specifications.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining refurbishing equipment routinely.
- Conducting mechanical inspections.
- Using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
- Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly, and test verification accuracy.
- Configuring test stations and systems.
- Facilitating third-party repair of equipment when required.
- Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshooting equipment problems.
- Maintaining records, scheduling maintenance, and managing equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.
- Performing inspection and disposition of parts and equipment.

Work Experience
- High school diploma, college degree, or engineering degree is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a workshop environment.
- Hydraulic, engine, and pump experience preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists, and following formal procedures and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults.
- Basic knowledge of measurement instruments and hand tools.
- Advanced analytical skills to solve complex technical problems.

As an AMO Technician, you will be responsible for :

- Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established working practices and Quality Standards.

- Have repetitive use of hands and wrists while using hand tools.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills & English fluency
