Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inspection schedules to ensure timely execution of all active projects.
- Prepare, update and maintain QA/QC documentation, including reports, checklists and compliance logs.
- Coordinate with inspection teams, third-party inspectors, clients and contractors to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of reports.
- Participate in project meetings to provide QC insights and updates.
- Maintain up-to-date calibration and certification records for inspection equipment and personnel.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external quality audits.
HR & Administrative Support:
- Support the recruitment cycle for technical staff from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding and deployment.
- Manage employee records, including training certificates, HSE documentation and compliance files.
- Coordinate induction programs and training schedules for new hires.
- Ensure alignment of all personnel records with client and site-specific requirements.
- Liaise with payroll, project teams and finance to track timekeeping, attendance, leave records and mobilization data.
- Provide administrative assistance for manpower planning, visa processing and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC Coordinator or similar role within the inspection or engineering industry.
- Hands-on experience in HR coordination, particularly in field staff recruitment and documentation.
- Proven knowledge of ISO standards, quality assurance procedures and HR compliance.
- Must hold a valid CSWIP certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ERP and workforce management system experience is a plus.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Currently on a Visit Visa or with a Canceled Visa status in the UAE.
- Available for immediate joining or with minimal notice period.
- Holding a valid UAE driver's license is advantageous.
