Parsons is looking for a dynamic and innovative **Technical Director -** **Asset Management** to join our team!
In this role, you will lead Parsons' Asset Management team, which forms a key part of our Urban Intelligence offering, bringing together expertise in asset management, digital solutions, data, and smart infrastructure. You will focus on developing and expanding the business, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams across the Urban Intelligence community, you will help advance strategic and technical asset management services across the GCC.
This role requires implementing a strategic and structured approach to growth coupled with proven technical experience in delivery. This will cover our principal industry sectors such as critical infrastructure, public services, mobility systems, built environment, information and asset management frameworks and how technology benefits asset management throughout the lifecycle.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure, Technology, or a related discipline.
+ 25+ years of experience in asset management, infrastructure consulting, digital transformation, or technology-enabled advisory services, with a strong track record of leadership and business growth.
+ Demonstrated experience leading and growing teams of senior professionals and Subject Matter Experts, services and client portfolios across multiple sectors and geographies.
+ Strong understanding of asset management best practice and ISO 55000 principles, with experience advising clients on asset management strategy, governance, investment planning and organisational transformation.

We are currently looking for an ambitious UAE National who can join our Corporate team as an Associate Director in Dubai. This role will support in acquiring, maintaining, and growing profitable long-term relationships with allocated UAE large corporate clients. The main responsibilities include supporting the relationship manager as primary point of contact for clients externally and clients internally for flow transactional elements with the client base, as well as working closely with relationship and product teams across the world. This role supports the senior staff to deepen client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development activities.
In this Role, you will:
- Act as primary point of contact, together with the relationship manager, with clients and internal colleagues for any service-related needs
- Prepare briefing notes in advance of key client meetings.- Perform high quality credit analysis, which includes financial review and business review. This includes industry sector, competitor, and client level analysis to support business development, portfolio management and credit risk assessment.
- Prepare high quality credit application remarks for new opportunities and annual reviews
- Complete review and submission of credit risk returns including limit excess/exception, security/documentation outstanding, monthly credit control reports etc.
- Effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders from Credit Operations, Risk, and various product partners to support client needs
- Support with Know Your Customer (KYC) related requirements
- Work alongside a relationship manager in identifying strategies to maintain/enhance overall relationship return and ensure early identification of potential credit issues.
- Support the achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment.
- Help Increase HSBC's share of wallet with our clients.
- Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved.
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information across banking systems, ensuring timely updates and effective communication of any changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and ensure timely processing of client loan drawdown and trade issuance requests, liaising effectively with internal teams, operations, risk and other relevant stakeholders to support execution.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience working in Corporate Banking or Financial Consultancies
- Strong credit underwriting, financial analysis, and credit writing capability.
- Analysis/Understanding of financial statements.- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (such as new financing/transactional tasks and the existing portfolio requests)
- Proven ability of using their initiative.
- Advanced computer and IT skills, including all Microsoft packages.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Previous experience either managing or supporting a portfolio.
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).

The role holder is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Core Banking technology initiatives, from definition through to closure, ensuring benefits realization through disciplined planning, mobilization, execution, governance, and operational readiness. Delivery is carried out in line with HSBC SDLC / BTF / Agile / DevOps standards.
The role covers all eight MENAT markets (UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Algeria, and Turkey) and requires strong coordination across regional and in-country stakeholders to deliver change consistently, maximize reuse of global capabilities where appropriate, and meet local regulatory and operational requirements. The role involves frequent engagement with senior IT and business stakeholders, demanding strong influencing skills, effective stakeholder management, and sound technical judgement. Given the scale and cross-market scope of Core Banking change, the role also calls for strong leadership and organizational capability, including empowering teams and delegating effectively.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Mobilize and govern Core Banking deliveries end to end-setting the delivery approach, managing budget, RAID, dependencies, and scope control through to closure.
+ Drive execution using HSBC SDLC / BTF / Agile / DevOps practices and standard tooling (e.g., Clarity, Workbench, JIRA/Confluence where applicable).
+ Maintain tight control of scope, timeline, resourcing, and financials, producing clear, decision-focused reporting for stakeholders and steering forums.
+ Ensure controls and NFRs are defined, delivered, and evidenced; lead operational readiness activities and enable a safe go live.
+ Continuously improve Core Banking services using qualitative and quantitative insights, with a focus on resilience, security, supportability, and cost efficiency.
+ Ensure adherence to Group objectives, standards, policies, and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, architecture standards, and business goals; keep relevant stakeholders informed of matters impacting their responsibilities.
+ Lead MENAT Core Banking programmes (and other regional initiatives as required) across all markets, delivering outcomes on time and within budget without compromising service stability or control effectiveness.
+ Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans through analysis, building, test, release/cutover, and operational readiness, using HSBC delivery frameworks and tools (e.g., Clarity).
+ Ensure market deployments align with strategic roadmaps, architecture standards, and local regulatory and operational requirements.
+ Track execution against plan and proactively resolve or escalate blockers, risks, issues, and dependencies (e.g., environments, integrations, testing, release windows, operational acceptance).

**Experience & Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 5+ years' experience in Technology Project/Programme/Delivery Management delivering medium-to-high complexity change.
+ Besides having fair understanding of technology know-how, working knowledge of Core Banking platforms is preferred, typical banking processing patterns and integration with surrounding enterprise capabilities (channels, integration/messaging, ops tooling, data/MI, interfaces).
+ Experience working in Agile/DevOps and/or hybrid delivery models; proficient with delivery tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and governance reporting.
+ Proven ability to run delivery governance (plan, RAID, dependencies, milestones, status reporting) and operate within a controlled environment.
