Role DescriptionWe are seeking highly capable and driven associate product managers (APMs) to join Whiteshield X and become an integral part of our core product development team. APMs are instrumental in bringing our newest modules, and thereby products, to the next level. For these roles we target recent graduates and those with 1-2 years of experience as business analysts, product interns, or in other relevant business/technology-related roles. Most important for us are candidates with extremely strong analytical skills, creativity, and communication skills – even if not yet fully well-versed in the product domain.
APMs play a huge role in our innovation and product design and development. These are roles with a lot of responsbility and ownership to shape completely new modules and services from scratch, providing an opportunity to make a true impact – on the product, within the business, and on societies around the world. We look for entrepreneurial people that want to make their mark on the world and we empower and reward our staff accordingly. There is a lot of room for creativity and big ideas that shift the status quo. We are constantly building large new features and modules. This is not a role where you’ll be making small iterative improvements on autopilot, this is a ‘roll up your sleeves’ role where you’ll tackle huge challenges and create truly meaningful products.
You will report to a Product Manager and/or the Head of Product and will become part of one of our cross‑functional product studios, closely collaborating with developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, data scientists, and QA. For high performers, there are significant chances to advance rapidly to the Product Manager level and beyond.

- Product Strategy: Develop a product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business goals.

+ Good understanding of electrical products and technologies
+ Understanding business basics including revenue projections, business metrics and financial planning, as well as pricing.
+ Marketing skills: knowledge and experience in demand generation, digital marketing, project management etc. is an advantage
+ Presentation skills: the ability to be persuasive in front of customers, partners, industry influencers, competitors, policymakers
+ Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
+ Experience in working with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment
+ Experience of working within a matrix organization
+ Translation of technical features into commercial messaging
+ Experience in working in a comparable marketing / product management role
+ Relevant industry/sector experience in the Gulf Region is a must

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, and Product Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for performance and branding clients.
- Collaborate with Product Management, HQ, and sales teams to build customer-centric solutions for our advertisers in the region.
- Develop best practices through the lens of clients to drive business outcomes for our clients.
- Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development.
- Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising technology products with a commercial mindset and track record of delivering results.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.
- High oral fluency in Arabic and Turkish is required to communicate directly with business partners across the METAP region, and high written proficiency is needed to accurately interpret and apply technical documentation relevant to ongoing projects.
- Strategic thinker with basic data analytics knowledge and understanding of digital marketing products.
- Preferred Qualification(s): MBA or advanced degree. | Previous experience in Product Marketing (optional). | Strong analytical and strategic perspective on digital advertising products. | Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
