KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform assurance testing plans, identifying key compliance risks and issues.
- Ensure testing completion according to agreed milestones.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Management, Banking, or Finance, with certifications in compliance, governance, risk management, or internal audit preferred.
- 5-6 years of banking experience, preferably in an international bank operating in regulated jurisdictions.
- 3-4 years of experience in a KYC role.
- Internal Audit and Compliance Assurance experience is advantageous.
- Relevant experience in Compliance/AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive, business-oriented, with strong prioritization and assessment skills.
