Job Title:

Customer Service Advisor - Dubai- Medical background ( Arabic/ English Speaker)

Job Description

The role involves providing customer service support and resolving routine problems regarding client's product or services.

1. Ensure that the level of service delivered to customers meets contractual performance indicators ('KPIs')
2. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to the customer
3. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
