  • Experience in real estate sector performing various functions audits (Development projects, Facility Management, Project management, QC, construction operations, leasing, sales)
  • Relevant professional qualification: (A-Technical/Construction-Oriented (PMP (Project Management Professional) –MRICS (Chartered Surveyor – RICS) ) ,(B-Audit/Finance-Oriented (i.e., CIA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, CFE, CRMA) or equivalent, a combination of them will be preferred)
