Our organization is looking for a skilled Sales Representative to sell auto parts to clients in the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sell auto parts to customers in the field

• Meet sales targets and consistently exceed them

• Valid Car/Bike license

• Previous experience as an outdoor salesperson in the auto parts industry

Visit potential customers and present brand/product samples and catalogues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service.

Identify customer needs and advise customers on suitable product specifications / key features.

Prepare and send accurate price quotations to corporate and retail customers.

Prepare and send updates on product information and prices to corporate and retail customers.

Negotiate sales terms including price and delivery in line with company guidelines.

Prepare and collate information and documentation required to close a sale such as sales invoices, delivery dates and customer profile.

Handle customer requests for credit facilities and submit relevant credit forms and supporting documents to Finance for review and approval.

Follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collection and report regularly on payment status to the Sales Manager.

Check AMAP stock availability and report any shortages to the Sales Manager.

Log all sales enquiries and leads.

Input and update sales activities into the system and prepare status reports on sales activities such as closings, follow-ups, and target achievement by product/brand.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Automotive experience is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
