Job Summary:

AutoCAD Designer

with expertise in
sheet metal design

The ideal candidate will have experience creating detailed drawings for metal enclosures, sheet metal parts, and related products. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Sales and Fabrication teams to turn concepts and specifications into production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D drawings and technical plans using AutoCAD for metal enclosure products and assemblies
• Interpret customer specifications, sketches, and CAD files to develop accurate designs
• Work closely with the fabrication team to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Ensure all designs adhere to company standards, tolerances, and industry best practices
• Maintain organized documentation for all projects and revisions
• Assist in developing and improving design processes to increase efficiency

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for an AutoCAD Designer - Fabrication Manufacturing. The role is on-site and located in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for preparing 2D AutoCAD drawings for fabrication and manufacturing. Daily tasks will also include interacting with the fabrication team, ensuring accuracy in design, and making modifications as required.
