• Gather and review BOQs, design presentations, visuals, layouts, and as-built documents.
• Compare BOQs and design presentations to identify discrepancies and highlight them for estimation adjustment.
• Conduct site surveys during the pre-contract phase with the project team to gather accurate measurements.
• Inspect areas like ceiling heights and surface dimensions to ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare discrepancy reports if there are differences between site conditions and initial design documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assign specific drawings to draftsmen and manage progress.
• Develop technical drawings upon completion.
• Share completed shop drawings with the Technical Design Manager for review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the UAE.
