We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer with strong expertise in
SIEMENS

, and industrial control solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation systems across various industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using SIEMENS PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
· Configure, program, and integrate SIEMENS, Schneider, and ABB VFDs for motor control applications.
· Perform system installation, commissioning, and start-up activities at client sites.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and drive systems.
· Develop wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and technical documentation.
· Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
· Conduct preventive maintenance, upgrades, and retrofitting of automation systems.

· Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, IEC codes, and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering (or related discipline).
· Minimum 3–7 years of experience in industrial automation engineering.
· Hands-on experience with SIEMENS automation platforms (TIA Portal, S7-300/400/1200/1500 PLCs, WinCC, PCS7).
· Strong knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs) from SIEMENS, Schneider, and ABB, including parameterization, integration, and troubleshooting.
· Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
· Experience in control panel design and electrical drawings (EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical is a plus).
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
· Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and client meetings.
