We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Specialist to lead our showroom-based financial operations.

• Candidate Profile:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in automotive finance and insurance or a related field
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred
• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing finance and insurance transactions, providing customers with informed financing and insurance options, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance and insurance transactions in the showroom
• Provide customers with informed financing and insurance options
• Recommend appropriate finance and insurance products
• Maintain strong relationships with product suppliers
• Ensure accurate F&I accounting and achieve monthly financial product targets
• Process finance deals with panel banks and secure approvals within stipulated timelines
• Routine maintenance of daily control log, tracking all finance and insurance product transactions
• Prepare and submit collections documentation to banks, follow up on pending payments, and maintain ageing control as per policy
• Renew existing motor insurance policies and meet monthly renewal targets
• Monitor and account for selection items (display items) in SAP and conduct periodic stock verification
• Submit sales deal documentation and insurance debit/credit notes to Head Office weekly
• Process insurance refunds accurately and timely
• Implement policies and procedures to minimize fraud and errors in financial transactions
• Assist with internal and statutory audits as needed

We are recruiting an experienced Accounts Manager based in Dubai to support the AGM/Finance Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating system and process expertise for new business initiatives and integration into financial books.
• Developing process guidelines and procedures for AFSS and business teams.
• Reviewing and implementing internal audit recommendations.
• Implementing best business processes in a SAP environment by designing solutions supporting business processes as part of the SAP programme.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Professional accounting qualification or degree in Information Systems/Project Management related discipline.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in the Automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

The role involves following up on leads, meeting with clients, and presenting vehicles to potential buyers. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate customer details are collected and submitted, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Sales: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Administration: Maintain accurate records, process transactions efficiently, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
