Job Summary
MRO Stores Coordinator Role- We are seeking an experienced MRO Stores Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of parts and tooling for the Maintenance Organisation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of warehousing protocols and stock rotation.
Key Responsibilities- Select and complete stock/tooling issues to meet the needs of the engineering workforce and record all part transactions using the Company's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure audit and quality processes are met.
- Complete stock receipts and goods in-process in accordance with relevant aircraft regulations.
- Evaluate and ensure parts are received in the correct condition and regulatory paperwork requirements are met.
- Assist Store Manager in carrying out local customs procedures, updating and maintaining relevant records.
- Return removed core items from the maintenance hangar promptly and process the items back through the supply chain to the appropriate vendors and 3rd party suppliers.
- Ensure correct storage and distribution of all components, parts, materials and tools in-line with OEM recommendations and relevant NAA regulations.
- Responsible for the shipment of Dangerous Goods to and from vendors/outstations.
- Monitor outstations to ensure dispatched items are received and logged on the inventory/asset management system. Record any Issues and Receipts at these locations if required.
- Perform general warehouse administration duties including monitoring shelf-life items, stock rotation, calibration of tooling and tyre rotation to ensure compliance.
- Collect and deliver freight as directed by the Stores Manager or Maintenance Manager.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly hangar equipment and materials storage checks as required.
- Support Engineering with out of hours/weekend procurement of Aircraft Spares and services to meet customer needs whilst on AOG.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and efficient warehouse environment.
- Update Organisation Ground Support Equipment (GSE) records and follow maintenance schedules.
- Assist the Procurement Department and Engineering with other reasonable duties as required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Aviation (MRO) Stores is essential.
- Understanding of AOG situations is necessary.
- A hands-on approach to counter service, tool control and part issue is required.
- Dangerous Goods qualification for ADR & IATA is essential and can be obtained through an external course.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and CMMS (Corridor) is essential. Office 365 experience is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions efficiently and accurately is required.
- Work unsupervised and independently.
- Willingness to complete or already have in date Dangerous Goods, EWIS, HF & FTS qualification.
- Hold a valid driving license and willingness to use or already have a forklift license.
- Sharjah Customs procedures knowledge would be preferred.

The role of Procurement Manager is a pivotal position within the organization's procurement and logistics group. This team focuses on providing aircraft services as well as general services, with a strong emphasis on cost mitigation through effective contract negotiation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing events and contracts to meet business operational needs in line with the company's procurement policy and procedures manual.
- Ensure timely delivery of maximum value while providing account management services to designated business unit leads.
- Utilize best practice procurement techniques to achieve the lowest cost of ownership and meet agreed service levels.
- Engage with all stakeholders as required to develop a detailed understanding of business strategic objectives and ongoing requirements.
- Plan and manage ongoing sourcing events to ensure efficient delivery of business requirements in line with best practice and the procurement policy and procedures manual.
- Develop and maintain a work program of contracts due for negotiation to ensure appropriate continuity of supply before any contracts expire, proactively identifying opportunities for cost improvement.
- Manage the full sourcing cycle, including strategy development, supplier pre-qualification and evaluation, tender preparation, evaluation of responses, negotiation of terms and conditions, and contract finalization to meet business requirements and as per company standards/policies.
- Ensure that all projects, tenders, recommendation to award documentation, procurement contributions, and contracts are maintained and updated systematically in the systems to provide continuous project management, accurate reporting, and appropriate escalation of issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Champion the adoption and optimization of procurement systems (e.g., EPIC, iDoc, Oracle) to streamline processes and improve data transparency and accuracy.
- Execute and support other activities, roles, responsibilities, or tasks as directed by the line management or as required by the organization to meet business needs and ensure operational flexibility.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below qualification requirements:
Qualifications:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, finance, or a related field.
- Recommended qualifications: minimum of one of the following qualifications: MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM, IPSCMI, CIPP, CPPP, CISCP, CICCM, CIPN, CITLP, CISM, CMPO, or an advanced qualification to manage procurement and supply chain on an international scale.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the aviation or related industry.
- Best practice 'Source to Pay' experience of procurement sourcing activities and contract management deploying standard best practice procurement processes.
- Experience and knowledge of given markets for specific categories in support of developing robust category strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of analytical decision-making with strong commercial acumen.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
