This role is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of aircraft during normal and non-normal situations. As a key member of the flight crew, you will provide continuous input and assistance to the captain to ensure efficient flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commander in maintaining a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance while on duty.
- Provide effective communication and teamwork to ensure the safety and well-being of crew and passengers.
- Assist with fueling, baggage/cargo loading, and aircraft servicing according to established procedures.
- Execute duties according to operational manuals and procedures.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 225 hours of flying experience required for candidates aged 20-34.
- Candidates aged 35-50 must have at least 1,000 hours of flying experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
- A valid GCAA Air-law exam certificate is required for foreign license holders.
- Level 4 or above ELP certification is necessary.
- A 1st Class Medical certificate from ICAO CPL/IR with MCC for Frozen ATPL is also required.

ISR Requirements:

- Maximum age limit is 50 years old;
- English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or better;
- Fixed pay of AED 26,000 per month;
- Block hour rates varying based on experience;

- Flying Experience: A minimum of 400 hours total time, with 100 hours multi-engine aircraft experience.
- Licenses and Ratings: Holding a valid FAA Commercial Pilot or Airline Pilot license, as well as an Airplane Multi-Engine land rating and Instrument rating.
