Global Engagement Pilot and Flight Operations Expert

This is a high-visibility position where you will interact with professionals from across the industry and positively impact the safety and operations of Boeing flight operations and those of our customers worldwide. You will have the opportunity to work with pilots, managers, regulators, executives, peers, supporting team personnel, and Subject Matter Experts.

The Role:

The Pilot Services Team is responsible for providing extensive customer engagement to enhance flight operations safety and improve the use of Boeing products. The role requires FAA ATP or EASA ATPL, or other international equivalent, and extensive airline training experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
  • Perform and manage activities to develop and conduct familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight, and ground instruction for company and customer aircrew.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of crew resource management in the operation of aircraft.
  • Operate Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot-in-Command and Instructor.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires occasional travel to customers and may involve acting as pilot-in-command on flights. Occasional deployments to instruct customers are also possible.

Qualifications:

  • Current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL or another international equivalent.
  • Current FAA or EASA First Class Medical certificate or international equivalent.
  • Minimum 5000 hours total flight time in a public transport category aircraft.
  • Minimum 1000 hours of flight instructor time.
  • Current B737, B787, or B777 type rating.
  • Experience as a FAA Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot and/or Line Check Airman, or International equivalent.
  • Possession of a passport or the ability to obtain one and travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Capable of traveling 50% of the time.
  • International and transoceanic flight experience.
  • Experience with MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Management experience.

Regulatory Familiarity: Knowledge of UAE requirements and global best practices.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

• Prior exposure to EOS, C-Trader and other bridge or OMS technologies.

• Hands-on experience with liquidity aggregation and price-engine fine-tuning.

• Familiarity with IFRS/US GAAP and financial-statement analysis (helpful for assessing counterparty risk).
