Job Requirements
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A P) Certificate or equivalent qualification (15R MOS). 
- Minimum High School Diploma from military or commercial aircraft maintenance or airframe repair school is highly preferred. 
- Completion of military or commercial aviation corrosion prevention course is preferred. 
-  Required Experience   : 
 - Minimum of 8 years aviation maintenance experience, including 5+ years as a Mechanic on Apache AH-64 D/E aircraft, with at least 1-year on V6. 
 - Preferably at least 1 combat mission deployment exposure. 
 - Knowledgeable in The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS). 
 - Thorough knowledge in the use of common tools, special tools, test equipment, and aviation ground support equipment used in aircraft maintenance.  
Job Description
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks. 
- Supports the Maintenance Supervisor in all aspects of aircraft, facility, tool, and equipment maintenance, ensuring the fleet is fully mission-ready in line with operational goals. 
- Performs inspection, servicing, and repair of aircraft and equipment according to technical publications and policies. 
- Assists in training and knowledge transfer to ensure technicians attain full maintenance capacity. 
- Completes all maintenance records and documentation as per DA PAM 738-751 and applicable policies. 
- May perform crew duties such as Maintenance Test Flights and operational checks, subject to physical fitness. 
- Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Team Lead.
