We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver formal, theoretical, regulatory and technical training to personnel and customers.

The role will involve preparing materials and resources required for course delivery, liaising with the Training Coordinator/Team Leader and Training Support, and delivering authorized prepared training courses to personnel and external clients based on pre-determined schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Diploma in aviation related subject, plus aviation instructor certification, previous work experience as an instructor, and relevant certifications in training delivery.

• A valid Flight Instructor Rating with Night and Instrument privileges
• A current Class 1 Medical Certificate (without restrictions)
• An ICAO English Proficiency Level 5 or above

The B1 Technician Base Maintenance is a key role in ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft. As part of our team, you will assist engineers to perform Airframe and Engine Maintenance tasks on commercial aircrafts.

• You will review assigned task cards with the engineer-in-charge to gain a full understanding of the work, priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions.
• Perform scheduled aircraft maintenance according to assigned task cards, ensuring required documentation, parts, tools, and GSE are obtained and used per issued instructions.
• Carry out aircraft test and inspection tasks to identify and record any defects or damage in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.
• Repair, replace components, and test as instructed by assigned task cards, following approved data and procedures.
• Evaluate the proper tooling/equipment is drawn from stores and returned in good condition after completion of work.
• Report the status of assigned tasks to the engineer-in-charge and alert them to any problems with aircraft condition or work execution.
