We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Avionics System Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Avionics System Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of avionics systems on aircraft.
Main Responsibilities:- Install, test, and maintain avionics systems, including instruments, radios, navigation equipment, and aircraft flight control systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using technical manuals and schematic drawings.
- Perform operational tests on avionics systems and stabilization systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Source and procure necessary spare parts and components for avionics system repairs.
- Train host national personnel on the proper maintenance and operation of avionics systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in avionics and a minimum of 5 years experience working with rotary aircraft powertrain systems and subsystems. A formal avionics training course from an accredited military or civilian aeronautical school is also preferred.

The company specialises in delivering customised aviation maintenance, repair, overhaul, logistics and supply chain services to military and civil aviation customers across the region. Whilst their head office is based in Abu Dhabi, they have a number of operational facilities across various UAE military bases and aviation sites. The company plays a key role in supporting the UAE Armed Forces and other regional air forces. They support a wide range of both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft including military helicopters such as Black Hawks, Chinooks and Apaches as well as transport aircraft such as C130 Hercules. Their services include line and base maintenance, avionics, airframe and engine repair and comprehensive logistical support.
The Workshop Technician – Avionics will accomplish aviation unit and intermediate maintenance inspections services, and repairs on all the instruments and avionics systems on the aircraft. Carries out directives from the Supervisor.

- Repairs, replaces, and performs operational/functional tests on instruments, radios, navigation and aircraft flight control equipment, stabilization systems, avionics systems.
