Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and configure Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub and Accounting Foundation Cloud Service.
- Develop accounting rules, subledger accounting mappings, and financial reporting frameworks for various banking products such as Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance products, Credit Cards, Treasury Products.
- Gather and document business requirements from finance, treasury, and risk teams to ensure that accounting and financial reporting needs are met.
- Design functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to customize and integrate solutions as required.
- Evaluate data flows and integrations between core banking systems and Fusion Accounting Hub.
- Validate accounting and reporting processes, including reconciliation and financial close processes.
- Provide expertise on banking products accounting and regulatory reporting standards.
- Train end-users and provide post-go-live support activities.
- Collaborate with auditors and compliance teams to ensure that all accounting processes meet regulatory and internal audit requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting for banking products (loans, deposits, trade finance, credit cards, and treasury).
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub and Accounting Foundation Cloud Service.
- A deep understanding of financial close processes, regulatory reporting, and accounting standards in the banking industry.
