We are recruiting BARTENDERS for several luxury establishments in Dubai , ranging from high-end restaurants to stylish lounges and bars. This is an exciting opportunity to join internationally renowned venues and deliver world-class guest experiences in one of the most dynamic hospitality destinations in the world.
Candidate Profile:- Previous experience in luxury or upscale bars/restaurants required.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and non- alcohol beverages.
- Creative flair with the ability to craft unique drinks and provide personalized service.
- Passion for hospitality, guest interaction, and premium beverage culture.
- Excellent communication skills – English required (additional languages an advantage).
- Energetic, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards.
- Deliver engaging and memorable guest interactions.
- Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness, and organization.
- Suggest and upsell premium beverages and cocktail specials.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service.
- Basic salary (based on experience)
- Service charge & tips
