Overview of the roleThe Beauty Advisor is primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, caring, and efficient service, along with accurate and timely execution of merchandise display and promotion. They should exhibit full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers, impacting sales and driving business growth.
What you will do Profit Financial- Recommends appropriate products and highlights Features, Advantages, and Benefits to customers.
- Assists customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand, variant, and color.
- Utilizes selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase ATV (Average Transaction Value).
- Monitors availability of GOBE products.
- Ensures proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages, and pilferages.
- Monitors and updates reports on product shelf life.
- Ensures products on display are replenished as needed with complete shelf tags and price tags.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area.
- Adheres to all customer service standards (e.g., Smile and Greet, Offers Basket).
- Addresses all customer queries and needs.
- Resolves customer complaints within the scope of control and according to customer service standards.
- Prepares and sets up store promotions using marketing collateral to communicate offers effectively.
- Monitors weekly price changes and updates shelf and price tags accordingly.
- Displays products following set planograms and guidelines for a specified duration.
- Completes MFP and PDP on time.
- Participates in and implements agreed EES action plans.
- Strictly complies with company policies on attendance, punctuality, conduct, and grooming standards.
- Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and trends, retail operations (stock, VM, systems, cash), and computer skills.
- Empathy, customer service orientation, results-driven, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
