What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in spa, wellness, or recreation within a five-star hotel or resort; cluster property experience is an advantage.

Job Description

An exceptional opportunity has opened for an experienced and dynamic Female Personal Trainer to work exclusively with a high-profile VIP client in Abu Dhabi.This prestigious role goes beyond personal training—it’s about becoming a trusted wellness partner, supporting not only fitness but also nutrition, mobility, and lifestyle in a world-class environment.

We are looking for someone who is: - In outstanding physical shape

- Enthusiastic, passionate, and professional

- Knowledgeable in both training and nutrition

- Flexible, discreet, and able to thrive in a luxury, fast-paced setting

Package:

- basic salary of 18 000AED

- visa

- medical insurance

- Accommodation allowance - 40 000 AED per year

- Furniture allowance - 5000AED (once off)

- If you hold a valid UAE license, a car will be provided with petrol allowance

- Meals are provided while on the property

- Paid annual flights provided

- 30 days paid annual leave

- During travel: accommodation and travel allowance provided

Responsibilities:

- Train family members

- Helping client with Nutrition

- Helping client with mobility and stretching before and after her workouts

- Traveling with client and being involved with keeping her active on her vacations (potentially to Dubai, Italy, France, London, Germany, Switzerland etc.)

- Setting up gym equipment and putting away after.

- Assisting client with any online ordering/researching products that she might need.

- Be extremely hard working

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Recognised personal training qualification (minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Other certifications could be beneficial to add variety (Pilates, TRX, weight training, functional fitness etc)
  • Knowledge/background in Pilates/Reformer would be advantageous (not required)
  • Knowledge of sports massage/ stretching techniques etc for recovery
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
  • Must be willing to learn and continue education in the fitness industry
  • Must be clean and hygienic at work at all times and presentable

**The client requires the successful applicant to have a passport that allows them to travel to EU countries or the UK without the need for visas, as this position includes travel to these areas**
