Overview
The Business Intelligence Manager at Publicis Data Sciences leads end-to-end Business Intelligence projects—from requirement gathering and planning to development, deployment, and client engagement. This role involves managing technical teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Business Intelligence Manager also supports new project pitches and simplifies complex BI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with advertising operations, media platforms, CRM, and web analytics is preferred.

Main Tasks
Technical & Product
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Business Intelligence projects—from requirements discovery and project planning to technical delivery and final deployment.
- Guide the technical team to transform complex datasets into clean, insightful, and visually appealing dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as media, marketing, and analytics to ensure BI solutions support business strategies and planning effectiveness.
- Ensure that BI solutions are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with delivery requirements.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple end-to-end BI or data integration projects.
- Strong understanding of BI and data architecture concepts, including ETL processes, data modeling, and data governance.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Datorama, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer) or Azure is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
