+ Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure BIM coordination with a deep focus on Civil 3D.
+ Expert proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including creation of custom subassemblies, corridor modeling, surfaces, and pipe networks.
+ Strong understanding of infrastructure design workflows, including roads, earthworks, utilities, and grading.
+ Experience implementing and managing ISO 19650-compliant BIM workflows.
+ Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and design review.
+ Familiarity with CDE platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud or ProjectWise.
+ Strong understanding of LOD requirements.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Experience on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
+ Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, ISO 19650 OPERAM Certified).
+ Experience with InfraWorks, Revit, Dynamo for Civil 3D, or custom scripting tools.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to train/mentor junior BIM team members.
+ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
