We’re looking for a driven and motivated full-cycle sales professional who’s eager to own the entire sales process — from prospecting to closing. You’ll be responsible for generating new business through strategic outreach, managing pipeline opportunities, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond booking meetings; we're seeking someone who can build strong relationships, deeply understand client needs, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is action-oriented, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of building and converting a sales pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You should be confident in leading sales conversations with key decision-makers, skilled in using modern sales tools, and ready to grow with a company like RTB House.
You Will- Own the full sales cycle — from outbound lead generation to closing new business.
- Execute high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage decision-makers.
- Book and lead discovery and demo meetings with prospects.
- Identify, map, and navigate target accounts and key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research and tailor outreach to each prospect’s structure, goals, and challenges.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through diligent follow-up and CRM tracking. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to align on client needs and handoff strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally full-cycle (SDR/BDR experience plus closing responsibilities).
- Demonstrated success with outbound sales and cold calling.
- Experience speaking with mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong ability to independently research, map accounts, and build tailored outreach.
- Understanding of a structured sales process — from first touch to signed contract.
- Proficient with outbound sales tools and CRMs (specific platforms discussed during interviews).
- Proactive, self-motivated, coachable, and resilient in a dynamic sales environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

OverviewThis is a strategic role covering sales, client servicing, project management and partnerships growth. This role will involve working across Locaria’s full range of research, linguistics, multilingual marketing, creative production/adaptation services.
The role has a GCC regional focus, working with brands and agencies based in key markets of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain. It will be working with both global brands looking to enter these markets, and brands from these markets looking to expand their advertising internationally.
There will be a large involvement in agency growth, which may compromise identifying and cross-selling existing clients, working with partner agencies on joint-proposals, supporting the delivery of projects, and working with the new business team to construct email campaigns and events, and join global pitches.
Responsibilities- Be the face of Locaria for the MENA region, working with our current clients to upsell work, cross-sell new services, and support new business with client acquisition
- Generate new relationships, through targeted research and prospecting, email campaigns, and external events within hospitality, travel, retail & software industries.
- Present Locaria’s services in both regional client meetings and global pitches.
- Create client opportunities maps within our current client roster, while identifying opportunities and overlap within agencies of the Stagwell network.
- Support with preparation and attendance of local events, particularly roundtables or select opportunities for industry networking.
- Create engaging and relevant content and case studies, and build into email campaigns which will be targeted to local marketers and content managers.
- Actively develop conversational knowledge across a range of products and services.
- Work with the marketing team to produce content for B2B marketing and awareness purposes.
- Project manage internal specialists to deliver fast and considered responses, commercial proposals and solutions to clients within MENA timezone.
We are looking for someone who has between 4 - 8 years experience. This may come from a growth orientated account manager, business development, sales, CRM, or client servicing type roles, ideally with a background understanding in one or more of the following: marketing, digital media, creative, content or linguistics.
