This role involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate efficient operation.
The primary responsibilities of this position include stock management, reporting, and co-ordination. Stock management entails maintaining required inventory levels across Point of Sale (POS), allocating new arrivals as per merchandising plan, consolidating Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) based on sales on a weekly basis and store profile, liaising with warehouse to ensure periodic replenishment based on merchandising plan, generating ageing report and distribution across POS based on brand strategy, analysing stocks for wholesale and Direct Delivery Format (DDF) on a monthly basis with Brand manager and suggesting corrective actions to channel partners, monitoring and following up on blocked stocks, and allocating furniture or POS material based on requirement from brand/ retail team.

As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in localizing and executing global strategies to suit market needs while ensuring strategic alignment with our overall business objectives. You'll work closely with media and creative agencies, trade and expert marketing teams to deliver a cohesive 360-degree brand experience for activations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Localizing and executing global brand strategies to suit market needs;
- Assisting with end-to-end campaign management from concept creation to execution including ATL and BTL assets, media plans, in-store coordination, shopper marketing, influencer activations, and on-ground events;
- Working closely with media and creative agencies, trade and expert marketing teams to deliver a cohesive 360-degree brand experience for activations;
- Supporting Marketing Managers with new product launches and actively contributing in joint planning sessions;
- Leading artwork process and changes for innovation;
- Assisting Marketing Managers in developing annual brand plans and outputting clear local activation calendars to attain growth priorities in sales and shares;
- Leveraging Nielsen/IQVIA and internal data to derive actionable insights about market competitors and consumer behavior, monitor and report brand performance, and share insights with internal stakeholders;
- Accountable for accelerated share, sales, and profit growth for assigned brand portfolios; owning brand P&L tracking KPIs and optimizing marketing ROI;
- Ensuring the Brand Heart is brought to life and consistently activated across all touchpoints to build long-term brand equity - responsible for tracking brand equities and recommending remedial action;
- Modeling Haleon values and behaviors and compliance with all codes of practice;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- 3-4 years of experience in brand management ideally with FMCG or consumer healthcare;
- A proven track record in campaign execution and brand activations;
- Demonstrated experience in working with Nielsen/IQVIA or syndicated data tools;
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Hands-on experience with digital and omnichannel campaigns;
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills;
