Site Based Planning Manager
Role Description:This role involves overseeing a package responsible for providing planning, scheduling, and forensic delay analysis to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarity with work scope quantity and construction disciplines;
- Reviewing and monitoring procurement and construction programmes with Critical Path Method analysis of the Contractor, Subcontractors, and Utilities;
- Collaborating daily with contractor planners to monitor and/or amend the Contractor's baseline programme of Work;
- Preparing progress reports, graphs, and critical path analysis for weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management;
- Reporting risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies to maintain project completion date to stakeholders;
