Key Responsibilities:

- Follow communication protocols to ensure no unstructured communication both internally and externally
- On-time reporting as per agreed stakeholders' requirements and frequency
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on remote control center activities, performance metrics, and incidents
- Lead Remote Operations Specialists and ensure smooth transitions from shifts and changeovers
- Analyze data and information from remote systems to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may require attention
