- Membership in CIBSE or IET is preferred.

+ Implement local Electrical projects and infrastructure at various stages, in line with the approved design criteria and standards
+ Conduct Value Engineering studies in order to identify and recommend areas for cost reduction from optimal re-design of projects and optimal quantity of required construction materials Managing contractor/consultant
+ Validate the Consultants proposals and advice management of the recommendation for appointment of Consultants
+ Liaison with the consultants to make sure that the drawings and design are as per the local regulations and international standards and codes of safety and stability
+ Conduct the review, provide advice and recommendations for amendments to the design at various stages of the project
+ Conduct due diligence of the consultant, contractor, suppliers etc. to recommend Electrical service providers for the project
+ Support in conducting technical analysis of tender bids
+ Monitor and control the progress of the project and standard of the work delivered by the contractor and the consultant to ensure that the project specifications and approved parameters are met (Electrical aspect)
+ Ensure the Project parameters for Electrical and Infrastructure projects are met in line with agreed project objectives e.g. time, costs and quality Other duties
+ Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
+ Ensure compliance to relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined
+ Continually research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies in order to keep abreast of state-of-the-art developments
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
