As a BIM Manager, you will lead the implementation and management of BIM technologies and processes across various architectural, engineering, and construction projects. You will collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of BIM processes, ensuring the highest quality in project deliverables and efficiency in workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Strategy & Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and processes for architectural, engineering, and construction projects. Establish workflows and ensure BIM standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
2. BIM Software Management: Manage and maintain BIM software tools (such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360) ensuring they are used effectively across the project team.

3. Extensive knowledge of BIM tools and software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo, and AutoCAD .
4. Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows across all project phases (design, construction, and operation).
5. Experience in creating and enforcing BIM standards and protocols.
6. Familiarity with BIM applications for project coordination, clash detection, and model integration.
