Job Title: Construction Manager

1. Project Planning &
• Detailed project plans are developed and implemented to ensure a smooth project execution.
• Project timeline milestones and deliverables are closely monitored to prevent delays.
• Clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors are coordinated with to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

2. Site Management & Supervision

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

6. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
• Project schedules are maintained and updated using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
• Weekly/monthly progress reports are prepared and submitted to senior management.
• Regular meetings are held with stakeholders to discuss progress, risks, and solutions.
• Project documentation, RFI submissions, and approvals are tracked and managed.
7. Contract Management & Stakeholder Coordination
• All work is completed as per contract specifications.
• Government authorities are coordinated with for permits and inspections.
• Contract disputes, variations, and change orders are handled professionally.

8. Project Handover & Closeout
