WATTS Water Industries FZE is looking for an organized and goal-oriented Sr. Business Development “Prescription” Engineer responsible for the development of Relations with WATTS customers in the region which includes setting strategies, selling to and educating customers about WATTS product portfolio, facilities, and services.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The Prescription Engineer role will be responsible to promote the WATTS portfolio with Consultants, Developers and End users.

  • Build and develop relationship with Consultants, Developers, and End Users.
  • Actively drive the projects with the stakeholders across the whole sales process.
  • Develop the projects pipeline for WATTS own business and the channel partners and ensure the best and the optimized solutions and selections.
  • Communicate specification detail, Project detail, and successful contractor information to the sales force ( CRM ) for follow up.
  • Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities. Communicate such information to sales management and product managers
  • Work closely in providing technical expertise on customer application requirements and specifying WATTS’ technology solution offerings.
  • Promote visibility of WATTS to local consulting networks.
  • Educate customers on technical features and business benefits of a WATTS proposed solution.
  • Specify the implementation of WATTS products and solutions.
  • Increase market awareness on both company and products (e.g. through technical product presentations / seminars for customers, promotions, advertising).
  • Approval and approval process of WATTS products facilitating all the vital approval documentation (e.g. Type Test info, reference projects, new application examples, …etc.).
  • Technical Engineering support for Consultants, distributors, and End Clients across UAE
EDUCATION
  • Degree in Engineering
EXPERIENCE
  • 2 – 5 years of experience.
  • 1 – 2 years combined experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in conducting trainings and presentations.
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Outstanding people skills, strong sales personality, with excellent communication skills, and a phenomenal teammate.

Job Purpose

  • The position of Business Development Engineer is one of the key roles for Digital Enterprise Business promotion in YUAE-DEB).
  • The role includes to create solution business opportunities and manage to receive order from customers. The mission covers the full sales life cycle starting from generating leads together with front sales, customer meetings and presentations, negotiation, and closure of the order.

Job Responsibilities
  • To develop Digital Solutions Business with all major O&G, P&W, etc. customers and EPCs in UAE.
  • To work diligently with the DEB team, to achieve the division objectives and overall target.
  • To be as a motivated team member with only positive attitude and have open communication among the Sales team to achieve the Sales objectives.
  • To Manage CRM updates including reports after completing appropriate level of competency with solutions.
  • Supports the Dept manager/Division Head in making the day-to-day sales decisions of the Solution business in YUAE.
  • To fully support and attend TQ meetings / presentations with customers along with DEB and Account management team.
  • To support on POC and drive the techno commercial presentations / discussion. (After certain level of understanding on solutions)
  • To attend the sales weekly / monthly meeting to share the market info on the accounts / issues / concern among the Sales team.
  • To support on the registration of our Company for DX solution to ensure growth consistently.
  • To ensure both internal and external communications are properly titled and addressed to the concerned stakeholders.

Job Requirement/Qualification/Experience
  • UAE National
  • University Engineering degree - Chemical / Process Control / Computer Science / IT skill set
  • Preferably 2-3 Years of Experience

Job Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Work experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter and willing to work in Multicultural team.

  • The role includes to create solution business opportunities and manage to receive order from customers. The mission covers the full sales life cycle starting from generating leads together with front sales, customer meetings and presentations, negotiation, and closure of the order.
Job Responsibilities
  • To develop Digital Solutions Business with all major O&G, P&W, etc. customers and EPCs in UAE.
  • To work diligently with the DEB team, to achieve the division objectives and overall target.
  • To be as a motivated team member with only positive attitude and have open communication among the Sales team to achieve the Sales objectives.
  • To Manage CRM updates including reports after completing appropriate level of competency with solutions.
  • Supports the Dept manager/Division Head in making the day-to-day sales decisions of the Solution business in YUAE.
  • To fully support and attend TQ meetings / presentations with customers along with DEB and Account management team.
  • To support on POC and drive the techno commercial presentations / discussion. (After certain level of understanding on solutions)
  • To attend the sales weekly / monthly meeting to share the market info on the accounts / issues / concern among the Sales team.
  • To support on the registration of our Company for DX solution to ensure growth consistently.
  • To ensure both internal and external communications are properly titled and addressed to the concerned stakeholders.
Job Requirement/Qualification/Experience
  • UAE National
  • University Engineering degree - Chemical / Process Control / Computer Science / IT skill set
  • Preferably 2-3 Years of Experience
Job Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Work experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter and willing to work in Multicultural team.
  • Attitude to learn new technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients like ADNOC and UAE based EPC and End users. Especially with local UAE Nationals.

We're looking for a Associate, Business Intelligence Engineer to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Sales team, you will be tasked with helping us unlock revenue and drive category growth by uncovering actionable insights - identifying aggregate vertical trends in addition to doing in-depth client analysis.
What you'll do:
+ Understanding challenges the business faces and helping them to make decisions based on data driven insights by collating and analyzing information from multiple sources and a logical and coherent story.
+ Understand the business challenges and needs to help leadership make data driven decisions by analyzing and combining data across multiple sources.
+ Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the account management group
+ Use data and logic to impact client and business success by providing analysis, insights,reports and actionable recommendations
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to build out measurement agendas/strategies, provide data based insights for products in alpha or beta, and deliver feedback on data tools in development. .
+ Distill complicated analytical concepts for broader audiences and be able to influence their decision making through a data story
+ Build and maintain dashboards and reports to help the business understand and optimize advertiser performance and product development through a client-centric lens.
+ Proactively identify projects that impact revenue, defines scope and objectives, and proposes a course of action required to attain objectives
+ Work closely with Revenue programs team to support various treatments by providing actionable data insights
+ Partner with Revenue strategy on understanding growth levers to drive revenue growth
+ Function as a thought leader, offering insights related to vertical or category industry trends in order to inform or strengthen Snap's in-market pitch.
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science/economics/mathematics or equivalent preferred
+ 6+ years experience in quantitative analysis and research
+ Proficiency in sql and python/R for analysis and data visualization
Preferred qualifications:
+ Data driven and analytical mindset
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational
+ Ability to work in an agile, dynamic environment
+ Ability to work individually while operating as a collaborative team player
+ Are able to grasp business problems and design technical data-based solutions that are implementable,efficient and scalable
+ Experience in performing analysis on big data sets and coming up with actionable insights
+ Comfortable in interpreting complex data signals and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
