Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that track key business metrics (sales performance, lead generation, recruitment KPIs, marketing ROI, etc.)
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with senior leadership and department managers to understand business needs and provide tailored analytical support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analyst, or strategy role (experience in real estate, property tech, or fast-paced startups is preferred)
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Property Finder, or similar), Google Analytics, and digital marketing analytics is a plus

As a Business Analysis Manager, you will lead a team in gathering business intelligence and advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimization of our digital platforms.

• Develop a comprehensive business intelligence and analytics strategy to drive departmental objectives.
