Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Transform data & analytics into business definition of Winning;
- Drive data efficiencies through automation & collaboration with Industry partners including Cat Digital;
- Provide detailed analysis in support of strategic decision making across EAME;
- Deliver analysis & visualization for strategic governance meetings and projects across EAME (e.g. SGP Reviews Monthly Results Executive Office Reviews Leadership Table Standard work Dependencies and other leadership meetings);
- Develop key analyses & visualization in support of EAME Must Wins / Operational Breakthroughs;
- Meet with key subject matter experts understand their challenges and dive into analyses in support of EAME-wide topics;
- Candidate must demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail;
- Candidate must demonstrate ability to work independently and ensure data quality;
- Candidate must demonstrate strong leadership attribute: intellectual curiosity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Strong data analysis and visualization skillset (e.g. PowerBI Excel SQL queries).
Preferred Qualifications Competencies:
- Preference for candidates with a deep understanding of data sources and managing of data through various platforms (e.g. Dashboards Snowflake).
