Job Overview:

The Business Process Analyst position is a Process CRM/ERP Expert with Advanced Excel Skills and is responsible for understanding, process mapping, and optimizing business processes through CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of operational workflows and uses Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and automation to support informed decision-making and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to translate business needs into system workflows and data structures.
  • Analyze, understand and map business workflows across functions (sales, finance, procurement, HR, etc.) using BPMN or other standards.
  • Implement and optimize CRM/ERP processes, ensuring the alignment of business objectives and process compliance standards are met.
  • Use Advanced Excel tools for data analysis, KPI dashboards, system audits, and reconciliations.
  • Create detailed reports and analytics to support process improvements and executive decision-making.
  • Standardize, transform, and migrate large data sets between manual systems and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deployment of new features or modules.
  • Document process flows, SOPs, and user manuals with clear visuals and step-bystep guidance.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on process usage and Microsoftsystem based tools or templates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in CRM/ERP implementation or process improvement roles.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM/ERP platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills including:

- PivotTables and Power Pivot

-Power Query for data transformation

-Advanced formulas

- Dashboard creation and data visualization

  • Proven experience in process mapping using CRM/ERP systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Excel, ERP functional modules, or BPM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other BI platforms is a plus.
