We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst and CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with the ability to design business processes and document requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, project delivery teams, and other business units to understand, define and document complex requirements and business processes. They will facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of Power Platform Apps, and Dynamics 365 solutions with configurations, customisations and integrations to meet customer needs and project objectives.

• Conduct requirements workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for end-users.
• Work closely with the Solutions team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer-term needs.
• Provide functional and technical input and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisation skills, with initiative to work without detailed guidance. They will be able to quickly turn around tasks in a fast-paced work environment and have excellent Technical and IT skills with the ability to learn new Technologies.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Deep knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Customer Engagement.
• Demonstrated experience building Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong understanding of when to use native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the client, leading meetings, and capturing and distributing action items.
