Scope of WorkThe CEO will lead Andalusia's day-to-day operations in Dubai, ensuring flawless execution of projects, marketing strategy, and business performance. Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership

- Business Development Support
- Handle investor/developer relations in Dubai.

- People & Culture
- Lead and inspire teams, ensuring alignment with the house-of-brands culture.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent across units.
