Role Summary

Role Summary: Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Lead, Marketing Analytics who will be responsible for partnering with the Marketing team to develop best-in-class tools, measurement frameworks, and insights that enable campaign effectiveness, customer growth, and improved return on marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic marketing initiatives, in close partnership with the relevant VP (e.g., VP of Marketing, VP of Growth), involving executive and senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Oversee the full project management lifecycle of marketing analytics initiatives — ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met while maintaining analytical rigor and clarity of insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing analytics initiatives are scalable, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Guide and mentor a team of analysts and managers, fostering a culture of excellence in analytical thinking, marketing measurement, and strategic storytelling.
  • Design and oversee complex analyses to evaluate campaign performance, customer journeys, and marketing ROI — turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support communication of key insights and strategic findings to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring marketing performance, opportunities, and priorities are clearly articulated.

Overview:

You would work with an exceptional group of ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the B2B Marketing team, Commercial team and Unpaid media team (Social, content & PR) to identify opportunities for marketing improvement and new promotional strategies.
  • Develop a multi-touch attribution model (e.g., first touch, last touch) for leads originating from multiple sources.
  • Develop compelling presentations for senior audiences, presenting data-driven insights with a clear storyline.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate complex analyses and marketing recommendations to varied audiences, including leadership.
  • Work on strategic initiatives to enhance Property Finder's marketing efforts and value proposition.
  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business insights across marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Run complex and detailed analyses to identify areas of improvement in marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Measure and track business/marketing metrics to assess the health and success of various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align strategies and goals.
  • Provide actionable insights on customer behavior and marketing campaign performance to drive informed decision-making

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Business Analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm
  • Exposure to Marketing, and Growth departments
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with different functions and drive insights into actions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problem statements and derive actionable insights.
  • Clear, transparent, and fluent communication in English, with the ability to drive consensus and influence decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex and efficient queries independently.
  • Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tools (Tableau certification is a plus).
